Timeshare resorts are the best way to maximize your time together. I don't know about you but when I go on girl's trips, mom trips, or whatever you want to call them, we spend so much time just talking. When you stay at a resort, not only do you have lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, a kitchen to cook meals together if you choose, but you also get to enjoy all the amenities without ever having to leave the resort. This allows for so much time to talk and catch up. I like to call this my fun therapy sessons. LOL

While doing some research for my summer birthday vacation I came across the latest advice from the experts on when to book. They say that 54 days or 7 weeks before your travel date is the ideal time to book and even more specifically on Tuesday morning or at 3 p.m. They say the airlines post their deals on Monday night and that by Tuesday morning the competitors have tried to match. Also, the worst time is too far in advance or just before your flight date. Good luck! Credit goes to airfarewatchdog.com along with many other websites I looked at but can't remember what they were. I need your thoughts on this question. Often when I tell someone about renting timeshare they either seem confused or think it is a scam. Other times I am told that they don't want to deal with pushy salespeople. Let's be honest, the people that check you in at the resorts are salespeople, it's their job. However, once you give them the initial "no thanks" they will leave you alone for the remainder of your vacation. They will entice you with FREE items that may or may not make it worth it to waste 45 minutes of your time on a sales pitch (keep a timer so it does not go longer). Most of the salespeople that I have talked to at check-in were not pushy. So, if you say "no thanks" up front you will avoid the pushy salespeople. If you give in and do the sale pitch for the FREE item then you need to go in with the mindset that your salesperson may be pushy but you can say "no" and not hurt their feelings. Unless you want to say yes, then that's on you. My parents said yes several times and now that is why we are in the timeshare rental business ;P.
